Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. Rosman Company will take extraordinary measures to make sure your order arrives intact.
All large specimens are one of a kind pieces.
Detailed photos will be taken of the merchandise and how it is packaged before it is loaded on the freight truck. Photos of the packaged product(s) will also be taken when loaded on the freight truck to ensure that the package(s) are shipped in good condition. Once the freight truck is on route and has exited our address, any damage to the crate and/or product(s) within the crate is no longer Rosman Company’s responsibility. Or once the crate or crates are dropped off at the freight company’s distribution center, any damage to the crate(s) and/or product(s) within the crate(s) is no longer Rosman Company’s responsibility.
Customers, please note and photograph any package or product damage immediately upon receipt, as well as the date received, to help with the damage claim process.
Any damages incurred during shipping should be noted for the freight company. Any damaged merchandise received by the purchaser purchased on rosmanmineralrocks.com due to Rosman Company packaging may be eligible to be returned for store credit ONLY. Upon the purchaser receiving the package, contact us through email within 48 hours or 2 business days to request a return and receive authorization for full store credit. Return shipping and delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that the weight and dimensions of the product were provided before purchase. Requested returns may only be accepted for damage claims. If the claim is accepted by Rosman Company after proof of reasoning for the return, the customer has 7 days to return the product(s) for full store credit. If product(s) are not returned within 14 days of the purchaser’s receipt of return instructions, a fee of 25% of the purchase price for such product(s) will be deducted from the purchaser’s credit. Any product not received within 30 days after the purchaser’s receipt of return instructions will not be accepted for return.
